Affordable Wills, Living Trusts and Estate Planning Packages

Fees:

Initial consultation is free, immediate and confidential. Fees are based on an hourly rate, fixed fee or a combination of fixed and hourly depending on the complexity of the engagement. Our standard hourly rate for Attorneys is $175 per hour. Paralegal time, if any will be billed at $60 per hour.  We will also bill for our reasonable out-of-pocket expenses such as travel expenses, long distance telephone charges, facsimile transmissions, photocopying, postage, notary fees, delivery and courier service, recording, certification and governmental filing fees.

 

The following represents some of our fixed fee packages:

 

A) Individual Simple Will Package - $250*.

Individually tailored Will for a single adult, with or without minor children. Included in this package, we will also draft the following documents which every adult should have:

•  Durable General Power of Attorney

•  Power of Attorney - Health Care

•  Advanced Healthcare Directive (Living Will)

B) Husband & Wife Simple Will Package - $450*

Reciprocal Wills for Husband and Wife, with or without minor children. This package also includes drafting the following documents for both the husband and wife:

•  Durable Power of Attorney

•  Durable Power of Attorney - Health Care

•  Advanced Healthcare Directive (Living Will)

C) Husband & Wife Living Trust Package - $950

Establish a Living Trust for Husband and Wife. Please note that Living Trusts are not usually the best tool in an estate plan. However, this package is intended only for those who would benefit from this type of arrangement. Included in this package are the following documents for both the husband and wife:

•  Pour-over Wills

•  Durable Power of Attorney

•  Durable Power of Attorney - Health Care

•  Advanced Healthcare Directive (Living Will)

D) Individual Living Trust Package - $825

Establish an individual Living Trust. Please note that Living Trusts are not usually the best tool in an estate plan. However, this package is intended only for those individuals who would benefit from this type of arrangement. Included in this package are the following documents:

•  Pour-over Will

•  Durable Power of Attorney

•  Durable Power of Attorney - Health Care

•  Advanced Healthcare Directive (Living Will)

*  A simple will is defined as one where all property is left to the surviving spouse, and where there is no surviving spouse, all property passes to the children or other loved ones. Guardianship nominations for minor children are included. Trust provisions for minor children is available for an additional charge.
