Marc Stolee, who is also a Certified Public Accountant, concentrates his practice on wills, trusts and estate planning, elder law, corporate law, taxation and personal injury including, but not limited to: securities litigation and stockbroker claims, class actions, pharmaceutical liability, commercial litigation, and other complex civil litigation. He received his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from National University in 1991, and his law degree from Temple University School of Law in 2001. Marc Stolee is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Prior to starting his own firm, Marc Stolee worked for Anapol, Schwartz, Weiss, Cohan, Feldman & Smalley, one of Pennsylvania's largest plaintiff firms. While at Anapol Schwartz, Marc Stolee concentrated his practice in securities litigation and stockbroker claims, class actions, pharmaceutical liability, commercial litigation, and other complex civil litigation. His background as a CPA helped the firm understand the intricate financial issues in his cases. Before joining Anapol Schwartz, Marc Stolee worked as a CPA in the public and private industry, with emphasis on taxation and the real estate sector. While in law school, he was Vice-President of the Student Bar Association, and a staff member of the Temple Civil and Political Law Review. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Temple Law Alumni Association.

Marc Stolee is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations, and the American, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia Bar Associations. He is also a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
